As of yet I've gotten no information I've just been shown a bunch of screens that say your creating a report then you ask for money. Not very happy as of yet
The procedure was simple but lengthy. The projected conclusions seem questionable.
Because all this damn questions and answers are a real pain in the $#*!, I JUST WANT WHAT IM PAYING FOR!
It appears that I have to start my search from the beginning just to get an update. It also appears I have to pay for the Premium Report each time I want an update
Site difficult to use. Much information not presented.
The money owed should have been announced up front.
I know there is multiple criminal charges, none show in search

I didn't find the info I was searching for and your site is hard to navigate.
This is great. I needed it for someone who would be working in my house all the time.
O. K. I am curious to find out if all information is correct. My first info was incorrect. My name was wrong and the husband named was wrong. I put another friends name in and you said there was no record. He died in 1/22 so info should have been available about his life.
So far,. I feel duped. Basic information, that I read know, is showing. They want additional fees to continue on to the important stuff.
Wrong info shown for myself. No information you can't find on a free search site. Disappointing
There was little to no information that I couldn't have gotten in a phone book. Definitely not worth the money or the effort.

Answer: Searching took a very long time, and information provided was incomplete. I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
