I searched myself and family members first just to check before moving on. $30 and making it look like I had a criminal record when you have to actually refine the search to a particular state to find my state not on their to clear me is disgusting! I needed assistance resetting my password and received a quick response and link to easily access my account again.
I keep getting the drop down menu screen and it will not go away without me going back and doing the same thing over and over again. I paid for the initial report and I paid for the premium report and I'm still getting the same problem. I want a refund of my money as soon as possible the singing $29 the initial reports and the $19.99 for the premium report and any and ALL taxes taken as well.
I expect this money to be refunded into my account by the end of business day today which is March 8th of 2022

I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
