I searched myself and family members first just to check before moving on. $30 and making it look like I had a criminal record when you have to actually refine the search to a particular state to find my state not on their to clear me is disgusting! I just found it
I keep getting the drop down menu screen and it will not go away without me going back and doing the same thing over and over again. I paid for the initial report and I paid for the premium report and I'm still getting the same problem. I want a refund of my money as soon as possible the singing $29 the initial reports and the $19.99 for the premium report and any and ALL taxes taken as well.
I expect this money to be refunded into my account by the end of business day today which is March 8th of 2022
