I do have issues with this site, first of all while u were "compiling" the background information on the person I was looking for info on, a message popped up on the screen saying u have detected multiple social media accounts for this person, and it was the same when it came to criminal records, as was it on almost every category that u so painstakingly searched thru. The problem is that once I paid the $27.99 and got the report it said there was no record of any social media accounts for this person, and it was the same bull$#*! for criminal records and family members and so on and so on. Of course for another $20.00 I can get the premium upgrade wherein I will get much more in-depth records reports. Well anything more than the nothing I provided me with would be considered much more in-depth. This site is a rip off and I'm going to stop payment and I'm going to go online and tell everyone NOT to use this horrible site for background checks because it's not a reputable site. Ur not getting any more money out of me and I can't believe that u dupe people into paying nearly $30.00 to get these in-depth and thorough background checks done only to find out that u don't have any information at all besides their name (that I provided to begin with) unless u get another $20.00. I'm afraid that if I fell for that $#*! a second time, id get another page telling me I can up up grade in order to actually get the deep and thorough background report that really digs in there and finds out much more information. Ur thieves and should be ashamed of ur selves for pretending to do a service for people who pay their hard earned money for u to keep ur word to, only to produce nothing in return.

This was a gross waste of money, as there was nothing that you said I would get in the report. I know information for a fact that should be in the report, and was not. It is faults advertising, and a total scam! I am totally disgusted! I paid extra for the upgrade and still got nothing, so I lost almost $50 for absolutely nothing! Nothing new found- I wanted divorce records and no death record even tho he died in 2020
