It costs too much for this basic amount of information. And no guarantees that it'll come back with facts. Every time I search myself or my raggedy boyfriend it says there's no criminal history but that's completely inaccurate

This is a joke. I paid for a month but I still haven't seen any information. They just keep trying to force you to upgrade. What a disappointment.
Got what I ordered immediately. Report was complete and thorough.

Both of the people i looked up are deceased 1 as far back as August 12 2020.

I checked myself first - before pursuing further. Accuracy check. This is not any different than other options I saw 10 yrs ago. Example: The report didn't have my marriage data that occured in 2010 and it is now 2022, it didn't have my concealed weapons permit from the state of Idaho, it didn't note my personal address contact information as the address I have had since August of 2020 - and had my contact info at a physical address is property I sold in June of 2018. So, a 3.5 year old physical address for contact information. It also had to location s noted and som Facebook and you tube stuff that are not me. I am not a children's book author. It also, did not list my father, who was convicted of a crime when I was about 12 yrs old, in my relatives list. It didn't note his crime and I know he is still alive from other data and he is on my birth certificate. Thus, I will request a refund immediately in the am. I would not trust this regarding others accuracy.
You stated that there were multiple criminal records for the person I searched for but when I got to the actual report there were none. Bait and switch tactic. I want my money back
Only reason I signed up is we needed marriage and divorce date from the passed and you said there were none. The worst money ever spent.
First of all, it's false advertisement. It states you can get information from from individual then once you purchase it. It tells you if you want to receive more detail regarding the individual you have to upgrade. That is so wrong: and I requested a refund back on February 24,2022. Why do I have to pay for your false advertisement and the little information you have without the upgrade I already know of the individual I looked up. I will certainly go on Yelp and and comment of the bad advertisement your company has. I just want my refund!
