I just paid $28 to get the current information on my ex-fiance, Kevin Lee Kilgus. I currently have a final one year PFA against him. He is to not have any contact with me or my daughter. I have been getting new phone numbers on my cell phone. He has a new phone number now since I cancelled his phone. I do not know his new contact number. So I paid the $28 to see if it was him who has been contacting me. If iyour search gave me a current number that I could match, I'd be calling the police right now instead of typing this to you. Unfortunately, your site after paying $28 gave me no new information. It is all old and outdated information that I received. I would like a refund.

Signed up to receive a report on myself and some of the information was incorrect so I determined that I could not trust any other reports I might request. Thus, cancelled my subscription. I received an email confirming that I would get a credit of $20.99 but at the same time a $7.00 charge appeared on my account. Thus, I was charged $34.99, credit of $20.99 net result being a charge of $14.00. I called to have this corrected and the customer service representative hang up on me. Very rude and short with me. I was wanting to know why I was being charged a total of $14.00 when it was to be $7.00 You can be asured that I will make others aware of my experience.
So far this has been way to use and the $1 for 5 days is great!
