Doesn't give you everything that it says when and after it down loads everything on the person your looking up. They don't tell you the truth or tell you only what you'll get when you pay for it then if you want the rest on the person you'll have to pay more. Not right if I would have known that I would have not paid almost $30 it's all bull$#*! they lie on making you think you'll get everything on that person and you don't. But they give you a bunch of other people that have the same name that you weren't even wanting or ask for bull $#*!

So far like every other look up site. Have to pay before you see anything. And asked you if your happy with the site. Deserves a one star but gave them the benefit of the doubt. We'll see if they are close to being accurate or wasted 30 bucks.

Havent looked at report yet, update later. Looked at my repor for me and almost every category all I got was " No Known..." The only info they had on me was name, addresses back to 2000est., dob, no correct emails, online anything, 1 phone #, never been married, or divorced, was both, no criminal history, have in 2 states, no ss#, basically no information. So i tried my maiden name. Same exact report, never even mentioned my maiden name on it, and that was my search name! Tried a few more searches of my grown kids and their dad, and all had the same results, no known anything! Complete waste of time and money. Customer service agreed to close my account, and sent an email confirmation, but I am not sure i trust it. We will see when my next statement comes out. I think it may just be a huge scam?

I want a refund! I am not happy with the amount I paid. I truly believed that you would have a way better report than what I got!. I can get that info for free on my own

Honestly I am very disappointed. The reports, even what is public information, are incomplete or erroneous. I got a lot more information from another website. I am seriously mad at myself for having spent money to get information I would find on the internet. Now I am waiting to see how easy (or hard) it will be to cancel my subscription.

I've learned NOTHING from any search done so far, that I didn't already know. In fact I know much more than you. You missed public records of all kinds. PUBLIC! In FACT! So far you've been totally useless to me. I don't like leaving negative reviews but that's just the facts. Sorry!
