Click bait you lead people to believe they will receive a complete report then when they open the file you only get basic information and you try to charge for the needed information on the report that they were looking for

Didn't really get much real information that I didn't already know.

Information provided is old and outdated. I have tried two other services and both had more information than this one. Totally useless.

When I signed up for this service I was given a price of $27.99.
No mention of additional charges for the upgraded reports. Your presentation of services is misleading and not at all what I expected. I did one search and had to pay an additional $19.99 for Premium Report. I paid this assuming it would cover all future reports. It doesn't. Why wasn't I told from the beginning? Your business practices leave a lot to be desired. I will spread the word.

The report is incorrect. Immediately it asked me to upgrade for the exact i fo it originally said I would get. I want it cancelled and my MONEY BACK

The news release made it sound like people can find out all kinds of things about the person they are interested in. I decided to test it and entered my own information. There wasn't a thing there I couldn't have gotten off of Google and there was a ton of information not there that could easily have shown up RIPOFF!

People whiz missed the fact that my subject has been married and divorced 2 times. I feel lured by the offer that social media would be revealed. The yahoo, facebook and hangout accts weren't listed and the twitter was for same name different guy. 2 of the email accts listed didn't apply. Honestly, I want my money back. What I got wasn't worth $30

If the reports you offered were one price the information you gave is the same as a free google search. Now you want $ 19.95 more for real information. A scam that is even correct?
