The information was incomplete and inaccurate. Marriages and divorces were left out as was other critical information. I think your promises raise to the level of false advertising. The person I delt with on the phone when i canceled my first account due to a bad email address was very nice. She confirmed that cancellation at *******, but when i signed up again got a very incomplete record. For example, Susan Hardy Hoey died on August 14,2021 and that was not in your records. Check out the obituary in the Santa Rosa, Press Democrat.

My report contains only the address and birthday. To find out more, I havevtompay more than the 27.99 I have already paid. This is a scam!
So far so good, as long as in a few days I don't find an absurd charge I haven't authorized… I have used people finders for many years on auto-pay, but all of a sudden out of the clear blue, I began seeing a monthly charge, in addition to my people finder charge for "Intellus" for $38.99! Apparently, some of peoplefinder's is now owned by Intellus, but not all. When another pop-up request for my name -email - etc, I didn't think to much of it until I saw my Apple Pay. I was being charged before "grandfathered-in" customers were even notified of the changes and even worse than that, I didn't use, or intend to use the service that was being offered. It took me approx 5 months to get all my money back, and they continued taking unauthorized charges from my account 4 of the 5 months.

I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
