It would not give me the info on his criminal record. Minimal info given. Should have been free. I will be calling for refund. Very disappointed.

I requested a report of myself. Report included some information which I would expect in a background check that there was also a lot of repeated info. Another Factory in my experience writing would be that there is some false information. One example would be the accounts I hold. Listed is account I've never heard of and certainly is not me. I called customer service. Asked if this could be fixed but all Shake it off or what you said she could cancel it. Twice in a row that was her answer to me asking is there a way to fix incorrect info. I was never given an answer on that. Maybe you can maybe you can't? I like the 24/7 assistance but it would be nice if they could understand you and be competent and simple facts of the company's site. She certainly did not say anything to care very much about doing her job at all. Could hear people laughing and have a good time in the background. I guess maybe I interrupted the party.

If your looking for people and address it's ok. I payed 20$ for premium info and got nothing. Records are closed. You have to pay that each time you want a premium check.

There was no record of my 3 children, my marriage record or husband's record was not there, schools attended. My grandson is Robert... not Ribert, one grandchild is not listed. I'm glad I. Checked myself because your records were not complete. I will not be using it past this month.
Not very impressed with the report because it didn't give some information that I know is public and the report stated it was private at the request of that person.

I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
