So far it's a rip off. I chose the $18.00 level and charged to PayPal for $19.00 +. All I got on the report was name address and email. Big deal! Then I tried to go back to report page to see if I missed a que. Then a page comes up charging $14.00 for the same report as before. I clicked it. I'm now hoping that I won't be charged $33.00+ for the same page. Oh... forgot that periodically an ad would pop up saying that a report would cost $1.00 each. Think about this before you buy.
Horrible Horrible site. Not worth a penny. Hardly any info you get more on truthfinder or google
Not showing any of the criminal info it says you have
Some information I am not sure is the person's or how to read.
What a TOTAL "rip-off". The info in the "basic" report is worthless and then to tell me the "premium" report is another 20 bucks> you are a bunch of thieves
Not enough information. How about workplaces? That's the only way I will know for sure it's the right one. And some information is wrong.
Was not impressed at all for the best report more money was required
Haven't found anything yet except for wanting more money to get to what was promised. Very disappointed.
Really can't say but from what I read places and ppl I lived or are relatives are wrong. You don't have any of my relatives listed. And I can also say you got my addresses correct except I have never been or lived in Florida. So that's not correct either. And I haven't seen the report yet but I'm gonna tell u now before I look at it. I HAVE NEVER BN ARRESTED OR HAVE NO FELONIES.! PLUS LIKE I SAID I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO OR LIVED IN FLORIDA.so I don't know why u say I LIVED THERE BUT THATS INCORRET… so now let's see what this report says I did!
Been verified is way better. You have to pay more to see more. I'm not paying $50 for 1 search. Sorry.
I think the prices should be disclosed up front, to save time for people who don't want to, or can't, pay.
Doesn't provide accurate information. Doesn't allow to easily remove nor opt out
Good so far haven't seen anything why ask at this point
You have me down as meeting someone in 1900. I was not even Born till 1955

Answer: Searching took a very long time, and information provided was incomplete. I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
