When going through the process before paying it said there were criminal records and other info that did not come back. Which is good, because I did it for myself. But I was baited into paying for the info.

Subscribed for 1 month thinking I could see full report but not. Then after you just see names and aliases nothing else they want to charge more money to see the (full report). Right…. I immediately called and canceled but they were not going to refund my money til I said this is all a scam I deserve a full refund I didn't see anything and o just had done the transaction that I deserved a full refund then she said they woul do it. Thank goodness

I very unhappy that a person can't get ahold of someone to get names of people that aren't any relation off their record. I have been having trouble with this for a very long time, even using my address.
Old data none of herchildren and grand kids or her new address and phone number included
