I don't like the fact that you have to put in all of the info before you know the cost. You pay for the minimum and then if you want more you have to pay extra. This to me is a come-on. I would not have chosen to subscribe if I had known there was an extra charge. Unfortunately the $27 fee told me basically nothing so I felt if I wanted any info, I had to pay the extra $19.
I'm paying for the month to get a full account. You keep saying there are sensitive criminal items on my Account! There shouldn't be anything other than a speeding ticket.

A misleading farce! Advertise all information included in report, then when purchased, only basic information included and much wanted information is in a "premium" report for an additional payment of $20 only to find that when this is purchased there is zero information on categories that were shown with alerts to yet again swindle the purchaser. I want my money back, please.
It is false advertising. Says you get the premium service with everything included for a dollar and all it did was show me my name address which was wrong. And my date of birth. Not the actual information I was looking for..
You have a lot of things wrong on the people that I looked up and when I look myself up you have me wrong that's why you only get the one star you need to get your facts straight.
This bogus website did NOT tell me anything I couldnt have accessed for FREE I did a search on a neighbor who is harrassing me and is a known drug user and you didnt even HAVE that information I did a search on myself and even that wasnt correct I have been married and divorced THREE TIMES and you had NO RECORDS and then your information on me was SO inaccurate and so OLD like I said bogus rip off you need to refund my money then have the NERVE to want to charge me MORE for the information I THOUGHT I was going to get already for my $30 I am so angry right now I will be spreading the word YOU PEOPLE are NOT a whiz unless its the whiz I just got all over my face for TRUSTING YOU

So far the info received was mostly accurate however a lot of info doesn't show up.
Before I depend on your report for another person, I ran a report on myself. There are like 12 names listed as possible aliases that are not associated with me., and as many related names that are not associated with me. The report is not accurate even in the far scope of reality!

Looking for a friend Who needed his date of divorce. Report provided said that there was no record of a divorce. You'll probably find it now and want me to pay more to get it I have some more Names to Research that this has shown me I will not find all information I would like. Would not recommend
I think it's crap that you promise all these search criteria then I pay for 3 months and get the report and it's basic info that's already known. You then charge 20 more dollars for the info you promised the first time. Refund my money or I'll blast your bull$#*! all over the internet
