Not easy to use seems to always want more money more like a scam than a service

The majority of the information you have on Paul Roberts is incorrect. Also you advertise a free website then when things are downloaded you charge. On top of that I am limited to basic info which the majority of is wrong. The picture you have of are not him. I'll stop there at this point I will not be using your site again. And would appreciate the refund of my dollar. If I don't get my money back I will be sure to post my experience with your company.
