I keep trying to cancel. I will try again today. The report for Richard Nelson is not the one I am looking for but had to get the report to know that. Mine has a lot of mis information but all these search sites are some but now correct information. Just cant see paying for this junk.
You have mixed up Sandra with Suzanne no telation. Never lived in Imperial Beach or Warner. Totally inadequate. For Richard A Nelson most wrong. Very poor source.

Some physical address are right. But not all and I have never, I repeat never been related to the Cornwall's. Was married to Harold Cornwall for exactly 6 months 40 $#*!ing years ago.
I did not see anything indicating that I would be billed the $29 + monthly if I did not cancel. I am hoping this is just a one month cost.
They don't tell you that you will continue to be charged every month for a payment of $30. They also don't say anything about your subscription being very limited, and really only has information that's nothing more than the regular internet could provide...they are a ripoff & try & upgrade u for more $$ so they can give u information that you'd think you'd get from the beginning!

In order to get as much info from this site as I can other sites I've used I would have to do at least two upgrades and maybe three. I was really surprised at how little info was pulled up on myself. So I did an upgrade and still received very little info. My opinion is you are so expensive I would call that ripping people off. When you advertise something then do what you advertise. You are a classic example of someone I will never do business with again. I've been burned quite a few times in my life but only once from each company that burned me. I take my toys back to my sandbox. If you works like me to move to the next complaint please let me know

Your system would not let me use the CR card of my choice after I put in the name on the card.
I expected more information.
Disappointing = contains incorrect information including a person that is not me. Relatives are missing. Date of birth is incorrect in some places. Lists residents in my various homes that I have never heard of. Contact information is not available unless upgraded.
There were many records missing and other recorfds yhat wre incorrect such as my date of birth which was off by half a month.
Although I'm signed up with recurring monthly auto payments, every search requires use payment and upgrade. Very dispkeased.
Incomplete information useless and unreliable information
I was very disappointed with this site and unsubscribed almost immediately. I searched several names that I knew had issues and this site turned up nothing but wanted me to pay more to upgrade my service. Ha! Fool me once shame on you. Foll me twice shame on me.
Your basic reports are laughable. I can find more information than that using free search engines from various sources. AND your "upgrade" charges are way too expensive for the very basic service you provide. This customer will not be repeating any business with you.

Seriously... the color bars and percentages accumulating both mass and numerical increase to create salivatory craving for dirt on a digitally entered NAME? Haha...the fear check box about how all this info is "sensitive" and "real" and "do you agree to see"? I searched someone I knew with their permission and after a lot of prompts about criminal records and a $22 fee, a few addresses from between 10 and 20 years ago came up. That's all. You can get that for free from the US Census.
The info I got is mostly what I already had. Most of the information that would have been useful required additional payment to upgrade. So my initial membership fee bought me essentially nothing. After the first month (that I paid for) ends, I wish to cancel my account.
