Did not realize how the charges were made until now.
You misrepresented, I want refund. Getting me to pay only to discover that i would have to pay for a premium report to get anything besides what is easily available is in my opinion very unprofessional and deceptive. I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge as not delivering services promised and or as advertised.
My purpose was to find out what info was posted and howdetailed and accurate it is. The personal identifiers were accurate. Other information, not so much, but am reassured that nothing of material use to hackers was presented.
It's horrible the price and it gives you nothing then it wants to charge you a extra 18 dollars for information. It only gives you basic information that you already know. Worst 28 dollars I've ever spent
For the price I paid for unlimited monthly how do you give me his name and an address and then you want 1995 more for premium report. That's a ripoff
The rep agent on the phone was very helpful when I called to indicate within 15 min of receiving the report and realizing it was basic information that I had actually sent in myself. I was told that since I was not satisfied I would receive 100% refund. That is great customer service. Thank you.~Wanda Gabriel~
