Very dissatisfied. All information came back none. I know stepdaughter has criminal records but it came back none.

Previously when I used your site my report(s) were detailed. This time the report was scant unless I opted for the Premium Plan for an additional cost of 19.95 on top of the $27.99.
NOT helpful and false advertising. I canceled my subscription immediately!

Didnt get much information! For what I paid I should have gotten a better report! When this time is up, cancel my membership!

I was only able to get one of my reports in a PDF format. Also search results don't show up in the same formats, which is very confusing.

Fast and easy. But limited as required to spend more money longer to get all current info!

The person they checked on was not me, I was curious about seeing it.

Looked up my information to see what it says. The raw data was there but it was not in chronological or any other digestable format. I may use it if my usual methods are not sufficent.
Overall not bad but not great.

The site doesn't seem to go back very far. I have been married twice. First husband died in 1986. Second marriage was in 1995. Neither of them even show.

The initial site stated that there were several criminal charges attributed to my name. I had to find out what they had because I know I have none. And so I paid for 1 month to see. There were no criminal charges or records. Big lie to make you buy! Also said I was never married. I was married for almost 30 years. More items wrong.

This service was completely useless. I boast about HOW MUCH information is provided. There was nothing withing upgrading. When I decided to bite the bullet and upgrade, it gave me an error and said to submit another payment method. They charged my card for the upgrade but did not provide an upgrade. It kept trying me to get me to upgrade, so I could pay for it again. It also stated it was a one time charge but when I looked at the account it was a subscription and was going to charge me monthly. When I asked for a refund they would only provide 75%. Should report to BBB.

The application told me very little about the person I was searching.

Tried to purchase the 6 month pkg at $14.XX but was charged $27.99 instead... therefore I decided to cancel but they would not refund my money. The information I got was not accurate when I looked at it on thexweb and it was not emailed to me.

Information was not correct. This system does not work.

I filled out the form on who I wanted to find, the feedback I was getting had me believing there was a criminal record (multiple). To find out I had to pay for a month subscription,which I did still thinking based on the site findings. Not only was there no criminal record, there was no record of marriage or divorce, and to find out any other information I was going to have to upgrade the just bought $27.00 subscription to a premium package, which I did not do. This person was married for more than 20 years, and nothing was found about that or the divorce they had gone through, the topper was the address listed as current was not correct, I have no idea who's house you showed, the numbers were close, but close isn't what I was expecting after the $27.00 sub. I honestly think the whole site is a scam, by way of giving a little incorrect info to get you started then get your money and deliver nothing, while trying to sell an upgrade.

The information has several VERY SERIOUS ERRORS with TOTALLY INCORRECT information that is false and not anyway associated to Michael L Vujnovich.
I will; follow up with a letter from my attorney after we consult.
I will give you and option to correct the ERROR within 72 hours.
