Should not have to pay extra for information that should be available in background report. Anyone can get basic information on google without any charges.

I was misled, this is not a thorough report and then it baits you by saying it will be a full report then once you pay for it, it asks you to pay even more for a "more complete" report. It's so misleading.
Your information was incomplete. The person that I searched has an extensive criminal history, including felony convictions, multiple DUI's. Your report showed him as having none!
