Not accurate information in the marriage section. Did not provide the info I was looking for like former addresses. Led you to believe there was going to be a lot of info and there was hardly any.
Put in my name. Said that had sensitive info on me. Didn't show anything. Been Verified showed more. So I upgrade. Absolutely nothing more showed. Call with in minutes. Didn't get the upgrade money back. Only got the part of the original payment. So no are not a good company.
Yeah I put my name in and it came up with a lot of stuff that's not me and my daughter-in-law. They spelled her name wrong and says she's not married to my son so they give out a lot wrong information. Be careful

I know the person I'm searching has a criminal background and while it was loading it said, found several criminal history. Once it loaded, however, it said 0. It gives you like 20 possibilities of different people on the search page and that's where the info they said they "found" came from. Not worth it. Don't waste your money. Click bait!
Disappointed after reading the "come on" in the ad I read for the site.
The information I needed, could only be accessed if I paid an extra fee. Which was not clearly explained to me, until after I paid the basic. I would not have paid the basic if I had known this, and I was only offered a partial refund. This service sucks.

Fast and efficient, but incorrect home address and phone number
The report I received showed a different address than the current address for the person I was inquiring about. It contained very little information, but of course, I could upgrade to receive a more extensive report. I emailed inquiring about the address and how was I to know the info provided was for the person requested! Received a reply which did nothing to clarify my question. Cancelled service immediately.
Click bait...found nothing that I didn't already know. Disappointed in the app.
