I paid for this several months and have been unable to access it.

All the telephone numbers In the report Were incorrect

Report is very generic. Not at all what I expected. I was expecting more than case numbers on criminal offenses.

I ran reports on three people I was one of them and in each report I was told that there was no criminal records and that that person had not been married and in each report that was wrong. I in fact have been married and divorced and have been arrested many times.

My info is mixed with just some with same names. No relations different ethnic groups

Haven't checked the content yet will continue looking up information

I searched myself and it was not very accurate. It said no records of marriages or divorces. But I have been married twice and divorced once. An there were other en-accuracy.

There was not any social media information and l didn't see any pictures. I was told wait till you see the pictures. Actually the report didn't show me anything new.

Some of the information wa totally inaccurate. I requested that I be issued a refund on the subscription, as it was less than what I expected!

Hold on to your wallet. After signing up for membership I looked myself up. There was almost no information about me. BUT, if I wanted to spend another 20 bucks I could get the premium version. Which would tell all. So I did. Nothing added. Tried again with my husband. Same thing. I saw the ad for the premium version, but thinking I had already upgraded to that I clicked on it and was charged another 20 bucks. Customer service, a human, not only didn't help she was snotty.

I signed up for a month subscription because there was no trial. I was led to believe I'd get all of the information, but what they give you is very basic. It's all info that I can find online for free. If you want all of the information you have to upgrade to the premium membership for another $69.99. They don't tell you that a regular month-by-month membership is limited. Plus, I did a search on myself. Much of the info was wrong. For instance, they said I've never been married and I've been married twice. They didn't even get my legal name right! But I know it was me because enough information was correct.

Stay away from this company, I wish I had read the reviews before I threw away my money.

They are lying in the emails about new Updates on reports of someone I searched, I paid again to renew membership, but there was Nothing New about that person. I asked for refund. I got only 75% of my payment even though I didn't get any information.

I looked up my own information and it was not totally accurate.
