Straightforward info that doesn't appear to be worth the cost
I am extremely disappointed and I would like a refund. The report was extremely minimal with basic information and any one would know. I feel like my money was stolen and I was give false advertising in getting a full history whereas I only received information that I could easily obtain for free. Please refund my credit card and close my account.

Can't get promised info without upgrading an already overpriced service.
Doesn't work. Says everyone has criminal records — then after payment says they don't. One who definitely has a prison record came up "clean." Requested one month then come to find out I'm going to be billed automatically AFTER a month. Very misleading!
I got my $1.00 worth on the little info given which you can get free from other services!

Not enough information with the first level of background check
Not as much detail as expected even with the upgraded purchase. Most info can be found online without paying $50 for it.
For the length it took to research, obtaining the $1.00 One Report was not worth it. In order to get information I didn't already know (basics) an upgrade is required.
I have never been any Criminals active. Plus, any other Criminals none. Somehow that system has messed up with my reputation without contacting me. The system got the wrong person that I've not commit any crimes, and etc. Were none.
I was surprised you did not have a lot of info that is out there. For basic info, it is good. Thank you for allowing me to try your product on a trial basis.
Do not pay any money. Instead of giving you a report after you spend 22+ dollars they want you to pay for any information they have! Don't waste your money this is a scam.
I was told I would get a police report a marriage record I got basic things that I could get for free Why Pay $21 a month for something like that
