I did a search of myself. There is a lot of wrong information. For what you charge I'd think you'd get more information right.!
This sucks, can only get general info, you need to pay more for other info.
Why does it show no marriage, divorce, criminal records when they exist?
I checked out myself. First of all, I have had my current phone number for 9 years, your records show a phone number I have not had in 8 years. You show that I have one child, when I have three. If my information is not up to date, how am I to be assured of other people information I receive from is accurate. Please refund my payment.
I have viewed no records only had a, monthly fee.
This is a scam. There was no info provided unless I paid additional $. I am reporting and expect a refund.
I feel like you should offer all of the information after someone pays. Instead we only get half it best. But then you offer ×2 information if we upgrade. Bs
I thought this was free, and the pricing is way to much. I am 62 yrs old living on a fixed income.
Too much incorrect information, not enough information
The search seems very thorough though I haven't read the reports yet.
Paid money to see nothing! Give back me money. Waste of time
I signed up this morning. Looked at two people and myself, the information was wrong. Calling to cancel and request a refund
So far the process was easy and not redundant
Seems very easy and accurate. Free trial was the touch that made me try to see how easy it was.
I did the report on myself. There are numerous discrepancies. I would like them corrected.
Excellent experience, was inquiring about future babysitters
It is very hard to find out his family history. Not easy to find out really anything
It appeared the initial report was free. I didn't realize a payment/subscription is required with credit card #. I felt too far into it to cancel.
Promoted a detailed report but ask for more money for detailed report
I expected more. After purchasing, I was prompted to spend more money for a premium report. Very disappointed.
Doesn't show info it said it would while generating the report before payment. No records found on most sections once paid the fee

Answer: Searching took a very long time, and information provided was incomplete. I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
