Your advertising spoke to giving all types of information but we in fact had to pay additional money for any and all information. If you didn't already know the person's address it would have been impossible to find them. Then when I called to complain I find out that it's automatic renewal monthly. HORRIBLE!

Charged me full price when I only signed up for $1. Called and a refund was promised.

I paid for the pro report and it had nothing on it, that wasn't on the regular report. Completely ridiculous

Your chicken $#*! search came up with nothing on this dirtbag. Not even the judgement I was awarded weeks ago. Worthless!

Every time you want to do something you'll charge more money the initial report doesn't give you very much for the person's name

Minimum information without upgrading to premium service

The indication for signing up for this service was that a great deal of information would be at my fingertips on signing up and requesting a report. That was a misrepresentation. I paid my fee and requested my report. I used myself as a guinea pig. The information I received was skeleton at best with most of the information I was expecting not available unless I upgraded to premium. To me this was a misleading scam. So l immediately called and cancelled my account. There are much better services out there at a lesser cost. Given the minimum information available I feel I should be reimbursed for my sign up fee based on false advertising. All the information I was given would have been available for free from other sources. I paid for a month for 5-10 minutes of next to nothing. If customer service or management sees this, they should issue me a refund.

I wish I had known about the Premium charge ahead of time before ordering.

Since I was researching myself, I knew what info should be available. PeopleWhiz provided only address info.

From my understanding, it was supposed to have social media accounts, and there was nothing didn't even give an option.

The that I got on the person I ran the report on was very minimal and incomplete. I knew more than the report gave already and plus there were constant ads to Upgrade the report! I paid for the report up front so it should have been complete. Total money grab and will never use again!

If you want to know much of anything that you cannot find for free elsewhere, you must pay for an inflated premium subscriptions. I will not be renewing. This is garbage.

After reading the hype about all of the information provided in a PeopleWhiz report compared to alternative online people search site, I expected to be overwhelmed with information. What I got was the same information provided by others, the same incorrect information included by the others a report format interrupted by URL's to other information and a lot of emphasis on the location of local sex offenders required to sign up for the internet that I had no interest in whatsoever. The price of $27.99/month now seems no better than the others, especially once you get your report and discover that the additional information one might be interested in and would possibly raise PeopleWhiz above the others, isn't included in the base price but offered for additional and varying prices like $19.99 for a list of contacts or other listed options. PeopleWhiz offered nothing more in its initial report and possibly less than other people searched I have used previously.
