Incomplete basic info. Errors of fact. When I called with this problem I was told that a 25% charge would be applied. A scam. Any legitimate company after initial use would have fully credited my account.

You get basic info name, address, birthdate, previous addresses (might have pics), zodiac sign, and aliases (other people with same name), no marriage info, no death Info, no divorce info, you want more in depth... pay for it. My husband died and there is no public info on that? It says you might be shocked what you find... pay for it and then you will be shocked and on a 2x premium report. Comments don't mention after the download you don't see till you pay for it.
Checked two people, hardly any information on either. Even such as ss#, phone, address… not very helpful.
I just paid 27.95 to see criminal records that exist... that your site said existed as well and not access to criminal records. Further your site shows no ss# for this person and I know he has a ss#. Is ypur site a scam?
