I received an email saying 2 new items were added in the last 48 hours. I looked at my report and still have no idea what those 2 items are. I believe my time on PEOPLEWHIZ was less than 30 minutes. Sure wasn't worth the $27.99 I was charged! I am totally dissatisfied with the service and information I received and I ask that you refund the total amount charged. Knowing what I know now as to the information you provided, I would NEVER pay $27.99.
Sometimes it seems a little slow but then when you consider the amount of information they have to look through it's actually pretty quick.
I bought the month package but now it's showing an upgrade and there is no opting out of that. If I don't up frade it k can't see anything else. Complete BULL $#*! ur websites

I only used this once before and it was pretty interesting. However when I picked the price of the 3 options, I chose the 6months for $14.95 one. But they charged me $27.99. I thought I paid for 6months. Why am I having to pay again?

This report told me nothing. I know for a fact that he has criminal records and has lived in more places than are listed. I also know that the email addresses are not correct. He is also on more social networks.
A lot of information is missing including 2 major resident locations (gap between 1960 and 2020), Marriage, 2nd child.
You cannot print your report and the website is difficult to navigate.
There was no information that I couldn't find on a similar site. The only thing I found were old phone numbers and addresses. Nothing useful.
I believe, there at least 2 public records that some how didn't get picked up by your program.
This site is not delivering on it's promises. I know some of the people I've searched have criminal records, but they are not showing up in these reports. Total waste of money.

People Whiz is an absolute joke. Don't waste your time or money on this site. You absolutely get zero information on the "free" report that you are initially receiving. They want you to instantly upgrade costing you a minimum for 19.99 and up. Waste of time! Beware!
Well, I can't get you an opinion of the site until I can see what I got here. Once I have looked it over I'll see to it that you get a fair rating. Or if I don't feel comfortable with changing the one I have already given then I will change it to 5 *.
I payed for the service but got minimal information. Much less than advertised. Hiwever the missing info is offered at a much higher charge. That is really disappointing and annoying
