You flashed a huge red banner that said you had found criminal records so i feel lured into paying for the background check, then opening up the background check, it says there are no criminal records. Also i know this person to be deceased and it doesnt show. Then i look up another person that has multiple arrests in my community but this background site couldnt even find the person. It was dissapointing to say the least

This is a rip off. Wrong or no information unless you pay more. No information really. Extremely sorry I bothered with this & really sorry & upset I paid for nothing. I don't think I should be charged for nothing. Your company & it's practices in my opinion is truly unethical. I want my fee reversed. Useless!

Very disappointed. I searched my own name. I found multiple pieces of information that did not belong to me. Also, there was no information under titles that should have information. Based in this search, I certainly would nor use this site to learn about, for example, potential tenants. I not only want to cancel, I believe I should get a refund based on the fact that my report was full of inaccurate & omitted information!
Thought I would try this one more time, this information is garbage. So much is public, yet this site can't locate any of it. Sexual offenders are easy to verify online, according to your information, it cant be found. Waste of money.
