I was checking on a person that I knew had been in prison to see where they were now. The report said there was no information that this person had a record.

Very inaccurate, misleading. States criminal record found when there is not one, lists education for some one that is CLEARLY a different person.

Your report contains the same information that I have been getting from other sites. Information is not updated. It is the correct person. But old contact information. Have been searching for 42 years for this person. Is he dead? No information here that will help me locate him!
