I had called 4 times to be help by the customer service, and it appears that the center is in the other side of the world. They sound like they have an emergency to go to the restroom or worse.
I really found many things that they need to be improve asap.

I was told by your software that it had found so many criminal records under the name of the person that I was searching.
Once I made the payment, the App told me that there were NO criminal records.
