My review is strictly for the customer service and R&D teams. I have been waiting for OVER 2 MONTHS for a response to a product inquiry that I submitted through the Peach & Lily website. The customer service team said that due to the technical nature of the question, they could not answer it and forwarded the question to their R&D team. Weeks went by and NO FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER from the customer service team. No one reached out to check in with me or to provide me with an update - absolutely zero contact from them. Instead, I was the one who initiated all follow ups.

Overall, very poor customer service and response time. Does Peach & Lily think that waiting over 2 months for a response to a simple question is an acceptable customer experience? I am leaving this honest review of my negative experience to inform others, but to also get the attention of the brand's upper management because my request to reach the R&D team or even a supervisor went nowhere when I asked the customer service team. So disappointed with my experience; it makes me no longer want to purchase their products. Their lack of response and follow up made me feel like they don't care about their customers.

The matcha pudding moisturizer smells like Heaven! Dew essence is wonderful, more of a Demi-serum than a toner.

I often use this site looking for some new items in the beauty area. My feiend also uses it, and we both are happy.

I bought this item a while back when the "Glass Skin" was a trend and I still have the (empty) bottle! To put it simply, it's a really nice serum and I love to put it on in the mornings. Makes your skin super nice and glowy and it also feels really hydrating too.

I bought my bottle at Ulta so I can't really say much about shipping but I do know that they do ship to some select international countries as well.

Lastly, I would say this product is really good and that's probably why the price is up there but overall I would recommend to try it out!

My skin's texture seems to be improving, and it's suddenly fine. I really had nice experience with this product.
