I signed up for the trial period but the app was not suitable for me I cancelled within the trial period and received an email from PDF Master confirming my cancellation and saying that no further monies would be deducted, however on checking my account they had deducted the monthly fee, I have sent several emails to their so called customer support service asking for a refund or an explanation and they have just totally ignored all correspondence, I would urge anyone considering signing up with this ignorant unprofessional company to avoid them completely there are other companies that offer much more competent professional services.

Scammer application, its working (1 star for that), but you have to subscribe it to use, and its expensive af. Additionally, if you cancel subscription it won't be cancelled (after 3 cancellations I've been still charged!) They are just Thieves...
I was excited to see this website offered a simple way to convert a document from PDF to Excel as I required it for work. I was even more so excited to find the cost was only $1.77.
Unfortunately, it did not clearly state anywhere that there would be an automatic subscription in the amount of $68 charged to my card unless I cancelled within 7days. I was unaware this was a 'trial' as it was not described as such. When I received my charge, I immediately contacted the company, and they informed me they have a strict policy in their term and conditions that states they will not refund a client if they were unaware of the automatic charge.
As far as I am concerned if this is written in your terms and conditions you are FULLY AWARE that your automatic subscription is not written clearly enough for your users. Furthermore, they are able to see the service was not used beyond the ONE document I converted, and they still refuse to reimburse me.
I strongly suggest you choose a different website for your pdf needs, one that does not rely on deception and fine print to keep their company in business.
Big time scamming website. PDF MASTER IS A LYING FAKE SCAM PERIOD. NOTING ELSE TO SAY BUT RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE
I started with 1.99 free trial, cancelled right away and got charged 64 C$ for months until my wife caught it.
An absolute scam of a company. They charged me without my knowledge. Please do not use this company under any circumstances.
I have used it only once for a small (about 1 euro) fee, but then after a couple of days my account was charged for 49.99 euro for the future service automatically. Please be cautious when you sign for this small fee since from their webpage there is no way to cancel the payment. I am considering a closure of my debit card for the future reference since I am afraid they will be charging automatically year by year without any notice. BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!
Attention, SCAM, abonnement qui se renouvelle automatiquement sans message d'avertissement. Aucun remboursement! Juste des voleurs! Il y a des app gratuites qui font très largement le travail! Cette app est ultra chère et inutile.
Passer votre chemin.
Worst service - subscriptions are fraud and money grabbing. I have not signed up for yearly service, yet they charged me and not refunding my money.
What is even worst - their customer service.
Found pdf master through a free pdf editor search on Google. After editing my pdf, found out there was a small fee for accessing my edited document. Paid the fee. Later was charged an annual subscription fee that I had not known about or agreed too. $50 USD was charged to my account.
Ii payed for my document with a ONE time payment of 1$, how ever 7 days after i was charged with 50$, I politely. Wrote an email and i was offered a lifetime subscription which i dont need., I then insisted i needed my money back, and that obviously I did not want a subscription since Ive payed for the ONE time fee, not the monthly fee which was also an option.
They will scam you with 50$ after you pay for the 1$ free trial, they will automatically charge you 50$ and then they will negate the refund.
