Warning! This Company has taken money for a cooker and extra to be delivered yesterday, after three phone calls second one hung up they dropped the line I was eventually told the product won't come in for another ten days and will be later as it needs checking first, refund time is 3-5 days so now have no cooker, money tied up and I guess if I'm lucky I won't have a cooker for another week now, customer service can't even part with an alternative model to resolve this even after I've offered to pay extra for an alternative that's in stock, will now lose wages for whichever days I wait in and they'll probably decide not to show up again with no warning judging from past experience, avoid this company I wish I had now, this seems common practice for them, if I could give zero I certainly would

I bought an ethernet cable from them last week. Whilst they're always 2-3x more expensive than amazon, at least you can get things quickly when you're desperate.
