Easy online shopping. The cameras are what I ordered. However, the website is not transparent. Appeared to be a storefront, and I simply paid to ship to me rather than going out to the store. Glad I didn't drive there! And while I recieved the tracking information, there was no movement on my order until I called to inquire after a week. We agreed the order would be canceled and I received a confirmation email of the cancellation.
No refund, and the cameras just showed up.
I understand the times we're in right now, but transparency to the customer is important!
