Cool order overall. Only issue I have that's isn't your fault is I want to upgrade the video driver to play this certain game but it's not available

I made a purchase and paid for three day shipping. I received a conformation email and waited for my product to arrive. After the three business days had passed I called to check on my order. I was told that the order was cancelled due to it not passing inspection. I never received an email letting me know this was taking place, nor did I receive a phone call about the cancelation. I was told when I called that it may have gone to my spam email. That was not the case, and it didn't help that the staff was very nonchalant about the situation. Not the greatest customer service. It's upsetting because I was referred by a friend and I had to let them know about my experience and take my business elsewhere. I hope they use this review to make some changes on how they operate.

Good, although it took me several days of research to find a refurbished computer that could handle all my needs with a minimum of 3rd party accessories (internal USB 3.0,5.25" HDD front dock for backing up, and a dongle to convert video port to HDMI)
