Great source for refurbished computers, though I'm starting to find that the components don't last as long as new computers... like 2 years in some cases. This is making me rethink buying refurbished. Perhaps an extended warranty program might be helpful...
Haven't checked the computer overall, but it seems OK. Display is clear, unit is un-blemished, and wireless works.

Always buy refurb and upgrade on arrival. Never have had a single issue with any of the pcs I have personally bought or have had customers buy.
Phone does not work. Call for a return label so that can exchange phone. Never received. Left message and email friday. Haven't hear.

What is it with people and businesses they want big pats on the back and trophies for doing what they are supposed to do and get paid for.
For starters, it wasn't the laptop advertised. It was the correct model, but the one we bought was supposed to have a built-in webcam. The laptop we received didn't have one. However, my mother whom I bought it on the behalf of is satisfied. So I can't complain too much.
It would have been nice if the power supply cable was included. I have ordered that from someone else and awaiting receipt.

I'm somewhat satisfied with my product I ordered it's a little older computer than I thought it would be but it works just fine
The delivery came a little later than originally expected. Also for it to be graded class A, the computer came with more scratching than anticipated. I would hate to see what class B looks like. However the computer works great and the customer service was very nice and did what they could to keep me updated and the process moving.
