Vast selection of equipment, good to excellent quality
Purchase price was good, however, in the past I have not had to pay duty fees on the shipping. This time UPS charged me the duty fees ($88) on top of the already expensive shipping cost. Then they charged us the duty fee again when they phones were delivered. I know this is a UPS problem, however i would recommend that you have more shipping options as We have had several issues with UPS as of late.

Product performed as described - disappointed no charger included; it is not the $10 I had to pay someone else to get the charger - but the fact that I had to wait another day to get the charger delivered - the BUZZ of the new product kinda just smoldered because of this
