They had the component that I needed at a reasonable price and quickly shipped it. This is the second survey they've invited me to complete...so there's that.
Ordered a UPS device for my home computer. The battery came first, which confused me. I called Cust Svc and he talked me off the ledge. When I main part arrived, it took me a bit to figure out how to install the battery, but I got 'er done without too much difficulty.

Great price, ordered the class c refurbished Samsung Chromebook 2. I thought it was going to be pretty dinged up aesthetically because of the lower price but it was in nicer condition than i had expected it to be. Very happy with my purchase! Class c states there may be significant scratches or marks on the screen but my screen is perfect. There are only a few scratches on the Chromebook itself which isn't an issue for me personally. I wanted function, ease and quality for the price. Also, this Chromebook has built in MacAfee which i wasn't aware of. I guess all Chromebooks do. I'm happy with my purchase and will most likely buy from them again when my son needs one.
I love the product. It was exactly what I wanted, received my shipment with no problems. I was kept informed the entire time it was being shipped. Good company, I would definitely use them again.

After not receiving my initial order in a timely fashion a representative replaced my original order for 2 monitors with comparable monitors and price.
My order was shipping right away, arrived promptly and was in excellent working order!

Ordered laptop online August 6th, a week later "don't have but can offer...", reasonable offer/switch, a week later "don't have but can offer..." again another offer/switch. A couple days later "don't have but can offer...". They obviously have inventory issues and whats the point of online shopping if not reflective of stock. Told them to cancel.
I want to be fair that they did email/call me, they did make offers and appolgies, it is the start of school year with everyone needing laptops BUT they just wasted a lot of my time and now back to shopping again with most inventory low across the board. Everytime try to get away from Amazon, and I try, you learn the others just don't have service. I might pay a touch more tonight for a laptop with amazon but I'll bet in shows up tomorrow.
