Everything good exept de fact that after first windows update done by itself the touchscreen, autorotate and sound stopped working. I ended up buying an usb adaptor and countless hour of searching on internet how to make them work back again.

My overall experience was positive
It was easy to order. The computer arrived before the estimated arrival date. When I had an issue with setup, they offered to send me a brand new computer. However, I was able to fix the issue on my own.

No problems. Delivery ahead by one day. Price was reasonable for a great fan.

The laptop I ordered wasn't available, this was disappointing... PCL offered an alternative laptop as an equivalent replacement. But after I selected, it too was unavailable. After we settled on a 3rd choice, the laptop Was shipped overnight At no charge - a nice touch by PCL, overall Very good customer service considering the poor start. I will shop here again.
