Very easy to order. Product was what I ordered. The only thing you could improve on is the way the product was shipped. The shipping box fell apart in my hands when I picked it up on my door step.

I placed my original order on 05. 02. 18 for three phones. I waited 2.5 weeks with no word whatsoever from the company. I called on 05. 21. 18 and was informed that my order was canceled. This in itself was very frustrating as we were in immediate need for a phone for our new hire. I had to call multiple times to get a folio reflecting a refund, to which I was told that it was only voided.
On 05. 22. 18 I looked online and found that one item from my original order was still in stock--I called and was assured that it was in stock and that your company would expedite shipping. I was told I would get a tracking number that day as soon as the warehouse expedited the order, which did not happen.
I called again on 05. 23. 18 for the shipping details and a lady I spoke to said it was in processing and should be shipped that day and that she'd personally send it out to me, which again did not happen.
On 05. 24. 18 I received an email stating this order has again been canceled.
The whole experience with this company has been one giant headache. My advise is to always stick with Amazon.
I needed a smaller laptop for class and though it came with a defunct battery, it only took 4-5 days to get a new one in the mail. Everything works perfectly, I installed linux mint and there's been no major problems. Also, having a selection of laptops in the $100.00 category helps me save money by a huge margin.

Shopping was fine - just would like more of a menu for small misc items, those not listed in the major categories- but not a big deal, still enjoyed shopping here today.
