I was totally pleased with PC Liquidations customer service! The first phone I received didn't work correctly, so I emailed customer service. I received a quick rmail reply with a shipping label for the return of the phone, and they sent me a return phone immediately, even before I had a chance to return the first one. I received a follow up phone call and a personal email from my specifi customer service agent. I would totally recommend PC Liquidations!

Order a refurbished Dell SAS card to repair a site domain controller. PCLiquidations had the appropriate part although it was used it did not disappoint. Ordering was easy, delivery was on time. Back up and running in minutes. I would definitely buy from PCLiquidations again.

It was OK we will see once I receive the order.
Was contacted about monitor which did not pass Class B testing and client service representative stated that PC Liquidators would be willing to supply a different monitor of a similar spec to replace the faulty unit. Very satisfied with this, however did not receive a call back so am not entirely sure if we ended up receiving the unit that failed testing or not, as one of the units had a fairly large scratch in the screen.
