I have received some cheap merchandise that I was told I had ordered. I explained that I always check my cart unless it freezes up and then I am asked to pay for it. The only good thing is when you call them they remove the charges and tell you to keep the items on them. One charge kept showing up for $33.50 and it said I was delinquent paying. Finally I called and asked what that was about, and was told it was for People magazine. I admitted the magazines just started showing up one day, but I didn't give it much thought. I knew there was no way I'd ordered them and if I had I wouldn't have chosen People. They took that charge off as well, but you really need to be careful.
Games are still freezing and moving at a snail's pace as well as still getting those lengthy ads.
Oh yes, I won $5.00 in one game and $10.00 in another. How about I win $5k or $10k or some of those millions they're giving away.

I tested pch, jumped thru every hoop this year. I filled out and sent back in all steps of entry every time I received one! Every one of them stated I was a winner, don't miss out on this! I am a winner! Here is your winning numbers! Your on the winners list dont let someone else claim your prize! You've won a bonus gift, jump thru this hoop jump thru that hoop! And I did just to prove a fact! Itnsays u don't have to order anything to win, ordering does not increase your chances to win! So I didn't order anything! Every time they sent me something and told me one more step one more step one more step, your a winner your a winner, they sent pages and pages of items they wanted me to order. I'd fill out everything outing every sticker where it went double checked it didn't order anything and sent it back in. Then they started telling me on emails I was a finalist every day message after message blowing up my email box telling me iws a winner. My mail box my email box was getting littered from them constantly! Finally I went thru the final step I think there was there was three of them still telling me I have won! Guess what! I haven't heard a word from them since! I probably will when they start the same crap next summer! Its all a reply bad joke! A scam! They are Lied! Time n time again, leading me on but I didn't bite! This Scam should be shut down! They have gotten away with it for years n years! How do they get away with it? After all this, they never do say who won! They just make their own little fake commercials again not being honest! Do yourself a favor throw this crap in the trash and block your emails! I actually hit unsubscribe and they still sent me their crap! Just remember don't fall for this scam, they just wantn your money, that's where the phrase clearing house comes from, they want to clear out your pockets! Steer clear!

So far I'm getting tire on the bounce games you reply to one and then it bounces back and forth to other games after the time you waste on the dumb survey you end up bouncing over to a different game that is asking you to buy something that says 5 payment options and then after you order they add the over price shipping and you get it on regular mail and by then the price has double and the monthly payment is twice as much so now I am not buying anything unless is got free shipment as I paid the cost for first class next day and it arrives on bulk usps this right here kill my will to shop from them

I am disappointed with pch I have been on here since 2008 and all I have won is 5 bucks. They keep telling me don't give up keep going we could be heading your way this time. All I get for being on here is tokens that doesn't help much either. Pch builds up your hopes for nothing. I need the money! It gets very upsetting. I try to enter on every email, do what ever they say and still Nothing... I am about ready to stop doing any of it..

I can tell you i been doing this since they started. I can tell you how it goes you push the button the ball comes out spins around the 500.00 dollar area always hitd bumper into 2000 coins it goes. I have also noticed that on slots it will skip as it is spinning and about to stop it speeds up then stops no way you can get the instance win 5 times. Also on live drawing you see your name spinning right in front of tube but dont go in. I hit one time and it said error in services and cuts the whole app off. Now i been doing this when you did this by mail 23 years havent miss a year so my review is good

Looking through these reviews makes me aware of a number of things -
Most of the "reviews" that give PCH one or two stars are by people that can't string together any coherent thoughts or opinions that can support their views. It's very difficult to take someone seriously when they sound like they're in second grade. And their spelling is unbelievably atrocious. Once again, hard to take them seriously.
Another thing I notice is that their main gripe is that they don't win. Welcome to the real world. Look at the odds of winning. NOT in your favor. If they were, almost everyone would be winning $10,000,000 or $5000 a week for life. That would be a pretty poor business practice, would it not? Your business would be guaranteed to go under real fast.
Also, I've read at least two reviews that insist it said in an email from PCH that you cannot win unless you make a purchase. WRONG! That would be an illegal business practice. There are rules and regulations that PCH has to follow, whether they want to or not. You know, it doesn't take very long to check this out. You have Internet access; use it for more than spreading false news stories and showing others your great lunch.
These "reviewers" make me sick, but can also be good for a laugh, so it kinda balances out, no? LOL!
The only reason I gave PCH four stars rather than five is due to the pain in the rear it can be at times to navigate through some of their site pages. But, beyond that, I've never really had a bad experience with PCH, and I've been entering their sweepstakes for probably fifteen years. I haven't won anything yet, but there's always that slight chance that it might be my time.
