I had money paid into Payoneer, I received requests from them for documentation which i duly returned to them then more requests for what and where it was coming from which i told them and sent details of whom I was working for and all I kept getting back was this is an auto response e-mail do not reply to this address.
I had to call them and try to explain what I had sent but they still cancelled the payment.
However I think it as all been sorted

The service is great but it took a little while before i was attended to. An average of 10mins i think. But my problem was fixed so i cannot complain
