The new terms & service of having to get $5000 in payments from other platforms in order to be able to bill clients is awful!

Never disappointed when i reach out to their support. They always solve any issue i present to them.

I called to see how I would get the rest of my balance that was on my card which was compromised for the 6th time, which is unfortunate. But Jeffery informed me to get the rest of the balance I had to get another card. He was very helpful in getting me set with another card, He is an asset to your company and a very professional individual. Kudos to Jeffery. Thank you

I wish i could get paid by all the companies i work for as a freelancer through Payoneer. They meet my all expectations 100%. I would definitely recommend them.

They are doing quite fine with their services but the demands they placed on accounts for verification of account is taking ages to achieve. I am practically considering diverting to PayPal cos I don't think I can stomach this nonsense any longer

I was frantic as i had not received my payoneer card. I went to Customer care and chatted with a professional who assured me that my funds were safe and proceeded to order a new card for me at no cost. I am relieved. My trust in payoneer is restored.

Payoneer is great, but I am having issues with the billing service. My payments are on hold and they are asking for documents to validated my account too frequently (I am not a new user). Not happy with their follow up process. I will move back to PayPal.
