The representative was very helpful and if i still can't get my direct deposit to work, he gave me everything i need to call back on Monday, unless it is cleared up before that.

I am using payoneer from long time. May be i am very small customer but they serve me very well. I called for support from Bangladesh they helped me more then Bangladeshi. I wish to give them 10 Star.

Without payoneer can not possible to meet any challenge in this century. I hope it's term & conditions will be compromise to the other countries pepole that the language is not English. Some times they do not able to understand terms to use the payoneer.

Since I started using Payoneer my business has grown further. The team is efficient and transparent.

The support was perfect and efficient. The lady who helped me is Andy and she was professional. She fix my problem with balance and my Master Card and it should be 24h but I got my problem fixed after couple minutes.

I would most definitely recomend your service however the restrictions place on the customers transactions is too stringent in My country Jamaica. I do hope the policies will change soon not to limit the funds one can withdraw in a day.

I had a problem with opening up payoneer account thru GVO. The agent that answered the call was very friendly and listened to the questions I asked. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in locating the problem and how to easily fix it and gave me date and even the TIME an email was sent to me so I could easily fix the problem. By the way was MY error.

The new "Currency Exchange" Option from Payoneer is so exciting! Now we can convert our money to the currency we want and that gives us total freedom to travel and spend our money without loosing much money for the exchange!
