Based on my experience, i got a lot of concern to the worker of payoneer that i've been talk a while ago.
I have send several messages for payoneer customer care to help me resolve but my transfer still pending and already deduct payment in my payoneer account and still showing pending on my side and the receiver side also and I have complained send several mail for help it's over a week still pending but I was ask to contact the receiver to fill some details
