Since the company has repositioned itself, the customer service has been much more people-friendly. I am understood because I was made to understand. They made sure I was ok before coming off the phone.
I was in a crunch and needed to have my pin reset. The customer service rep was courteous and very helpful. In two minutes I got through.

I have been using Payoneer for the last few months to receive my freelance web design payments and it has been a great experience. But, few days ago, I received an email that Request a Payment option has been disabled. I was literally shocked because I used to receive my freelance payments through Request a Payment option and it's been a great option. I contacted the support team to please, let me know why I can't use this feature. One of the support agent told me that the Payment department didn't mention any reason for it. I'm 200% sure that it must be a human error. Why would I risk my whole career? Please Payoneer, I don't want to leave this 1 star review but just want you to please resolve the error and save my career. Waiting for reply please.

Payoneer is the ideal online banking service. It handles customer issues with great speed. The customer care function is on point.
It take 20 days to activate the account... very slow process. Customer support not that much good... no support to new Payoneer account holder...
The system not easiest. I will request to avoid to use this system. Sometime system wont work. Sometime document verifcation a little issue is here big issue. I think this system is not better for freelancer or anyother. Yes if you have any option then use it only.

I have been using payoneer for over a year now and I have got no issues with it, when I did have one the customer service were right there to solve the issue. I'm cool with it and could recommend to anyone.
