I was getting nowhere with my bank since they just kept telling me i authorized the payments so it was my fault, but my case manager at PayBack knew exactly what to say to them. Definitely wasn't an instant fix, but we are finally making progress!

Originally i was worried payback was another dodgy firm because i had already been burned once, but they actually showed me the transaction flows and where my crypto went, plus they assigned me a dedicated case manager who walked me through the recovery process step by step. Thanks to their guidance i have now regained half my savings back.

The refund arrived in my commbank account way faster than the police said it would which is why i recommend these guys if you are stuck with a fraud case.

Some hackers intercepted my house deposit wire and my bank basically washed their hands of it until this Payback team stepped in and helped to map out the money trail so i could legally corner the receiving bank into freezing the account, so hopefully it will get resolved soon, but im happy with their teams work.

Honestly i am too ashamed to mention exactly how much money i lost to those lowlife scammers but i am so happy i stumbled upon payback because these guys gave me confidence that something can be done. Right now they are investigating the people who scammed me, and dealing with the bureaucracy is hard and a long process but i believe ill be able to get a good piece of my money back.

Fell for a fake celebrity crypto ad on youtube and felt like an absolute idiot but the guys here ran a deep dive on the blockchain and handed me the exact evidence i needed to force my bank to actually take the fraud claim seriously.

Están un año enviándote cartas prefabricadas donde solo meten tu nombre y te hacen enviarlo a direcciones de email que no son verdaderos y te rechazan al momento. Es una pérdida de tiempo donde intentan luego que para seguir con tu caso pagues más. No caigas en otra estafa.

They are a scammer they promises to recover you stolen funds but they only change your point of contact and later they send you a letter saying that they will stop working on your case. So they are scammers

Outright criminals that are soft puppets writing a bunch of bull$#*! positive reviews of themselves to suck people in take your money and do nothing for you. Did nothing for me retrieved nothing and preyed on me for $12,500 promising they would get my bitcoin back. Complete scumbag and someday I will find a way to take them down still looking for an Israeli lawyer to sue them for millions
