Unfortunately there is no zero or negative star. Helpless and useless, they don't care about you and about your money. They changed the person who supposedly was working on my case three times within 3 months, I figured it out so you get tired and stop tracking. I tried to get my money from them unfortunately the credit company said you paid them lawfully and we can't do anything. If you been scammed don't be a victim to Payback-ltd. They ask you to do everything and they don't act like your attorney and they ask you to send litters by yourself to the website that you lost your fund through. Don't and don't use them and do yourself a favor just forget about it because the scammer are too far away and there is nothing you can do just to report it to the police station in your area and write about the scammer in social media to prevent this to happen to people.

They had really best people just delaying their work. They charged you 10% of the fees. They wont even reply you. They had few colleagues like Nathan Samson, who left the company after catching COVID which is hard to believe. The lady Olga Delson is also one such employee who would promise to provide details abaout scammers but would fail to do so everytime round. I have now ended up with my Binance account getting suspended. There is no hope to get my lost funds back. Please do not fall in trap with Payback and pay them 2000 or 3000€. This is another way to scam I believe. They have just in the end spoilt my relation with my Bank and Binance.

These are just ambulance chasers who take your personal information and sell it online.

DO NOT give them any personal information

I thought they were my last hope to get my money back... but I was wrong... wrong... wrong...
They don't return my phone calls and emails... I can't even leave voice messages on their answering machine... don't waste your time and money...

12/2023 - Here is an update: It's been over two years since I signed a contract with them. However, the company has reached out and is still pursuing my case. They have done a complete background check on all the scammers and sent me a huge document and they are pursuing the scammers. There is a lot of change in the financial and crypto markets when it comes to regulations and help. I still hope to recover my funds and the renewed hope with #PayBack proves they still have my interest. I was called personally about my case and concern. I do understand the recovery process is very slow and requires the person scammed and the company to be on a cadence of communication to ensure both parties are committed. Still hoping for a resolution as it could probably take another couple of years.

You can read below - yes, I was upset and disappointed in the service I received expecting things to happen quicker. However, with the company still responding, I'm looking ahead to good things to happen.

I signed their contract, sent all my information, and they stopped communicating with me after 6 months. I called, I left messages, I emailed and got a generic response from them, but it was not signed by anyone.
They scammed me out of the money I sent them despite my complaints to the company. I would not do business with this scamming company either. There is no one you can trust online - I don't understand how people can be so SH1TY. May they all be die broke.

I call, the connection gets cut off every time. No answer to my emails... to my messages. No nothing! I would like to know if the good reviews are real! Lost money to a scammer? These guys CAN take your money but they CAN'T help you. Beware! I wish I was wiser a year ago. DON'T trust them. You WILL lose!

I signed up to recover crypto losses. The losses were over $******* I paid them an upfront fee and agreed to a contingent fee. They wrote a few letters and I submitted them. All got a ho hum from CoinBase and Meta
I have had three people on the account. They do not answer phone calls
They are in Israel and the time difference is an excuse. I called today and no one answered the phone. Third time have done it.

Avoid this company, it scams vulnerable people that have already been involved in a scam, they make you pay a very high upfront and do absolutely nothing apart from feed you lies and fob you off until the credit card fees have cleared. They send generic pathetic letters which get laughed at and ignored by the banks and feed you lies. I paid them a lot of money and all they did was send a form to the financial ombudsman services, a free of charge service you can do yourself. They tell you all the bad reviews are by another claim back company which is also a massive lie. They give you false hope and lies and make up different departments like investigations and research departments, please do not be fooled by this company. I am disgusted and cannot see how these people sleep at night, scamming people after offering false help after a scam.

Do not hire this company - they send you reports that mean nothing, its a scam. Worthless people that take advantage of you after you have been hacked. They wrote a letter to Coinbase where I had my crypto and then Coinbase locked me out of my own acct. I had to spend another $3,000 to hire a lawyer in the states to re-open my acct. Don't ever, ever, ever hire these clowns. Your just throwing more money away. You have been warned.

I was scammed because of my stupidity (crypto currency), but this company is the worst, they prey on battered and beaten victims who are seeking for assurance and hope. They will promise and tell you that your case will be easy and they won't accept your case if it is not feasible. They will reel you in and use delaying tactic so you won't be able to dispute the card charge. Glad I did more researches about this scam-pany. Oh here is the real kicker why I was able to get out in time, after I sent them my card details, I got fraud alert that someone used my card to purchase online (after 2 weeks), coincident? I don't think so. That was the first time I got fraud card alert after having that card for almost a decade.

Anyway, I would like to help you to cope up with your loses. I understand the feeling of being conned. I want to spare you from more heartache, don't be double scammed. Save your money, this company won't be able to help you because this is their modus operandi, you will eventually accept and give up waiting and this scammer in turn, take the hard earned money you paid them in advance.

I have a lot of proof that this payback ltd is a scammer company. 100% Scammer. Stop fooling yourself from the hands of scammer for a second time. Don't be fooled yourself by their free consultation.

Payback LTD is a professional scammer company. They try to scam people who have already been fallen into the hand of scammer by assuring them that they can recover if they use payback ltd. All is lie. They are lying. Such a great liar. They would try all means to convince you that you use their service. They will charge you money for using their service and they will letter for you. However, they will keep changing your case manager and will tell you that they get promotion. All is lie. Don't trust them. Don't fall a second time in the hand of scammer like Payback LTD.

They initial plan is to blame your own bank for letting transactions being done without real arguments. After this doesnt work my experience has been terrible, basically sending constant emails to "customer care" since case manager simply does not even keep you in the loop and doesnt reply to my requests of update. When complaining to customer care you eventually get a call but soon enough you go back to same old routine of not replying to your e-mails. 10 months passed and nothing to show. HOrrible experience. Feels like double scheme.

I had a case manager and they recently changed the manager. I barely have received any help. What a bunch of liars saying they actually help you to receive your money back. I wish I never dealt with them.

This company is a total scam, been over a year and they have done nothing. Nothing but bullish! T answers from them

I think I must be the stupidest person in the world to constantly be tricked by scammers. I wanted someone's help to get my money back. They promised that they will definitely be able to get my Bitcoin back. However, later I realised they were just doing delay tactic so that the credit card company cannot get back the money. Do not be fooled. One more thing, this scam company will tell you that the poor ratings are given to other copycats or fake companies out there using their name. It's not true. It's just a scam.

Don't use this company. They are scammers as well and you will get no money back. The sad thing is getting double scammed.

Unlike the company I used before, which cost me a lot of money and achieved no results, Payback has helped me to recover some of my losses incurred with FM Forex. They are professional and honest and have kept me informed every step of the way. I will continue to use their services and hope to recover more of my losses.
