Scheduled a hair trim and the student was so slow and the flaky teacher (long bleached blonde hair) didn't criticize even once! I had to tell the student how to turn the brush in forward position for the side bangs as she couldn't figure out … Pathetic that after being in the program for a few months she knew so little about a basic trim.
I used the school twice under Toni&Guy and the student and teacher were engaged and knew what needed to be done.
The instructor drew on the white board and clearI fief the objectives. This Paul Mitchell teacher just pretended and told my operator that she was doing really good!?!?
I don't recommend this place!
