The first time I ever ordered with this company, my items got stolen from a homeless person walking by. After multiply times reaching out to my post office (since there was not attempt to drop it to me, just thrown on the ground) all they said was to contact Patpat. LUCKILY patpat was so understanding, compassionate and quick with getting back to me. They resent me my package on their behalf. I still am truly grateful for that heart warming gesture and for the they had me as a loyal customer indeed. Since then I've probably order 5 more times
