I had a problem with a shipment that was blocked once it left. The operator with whom I had an email exchange (Kim B) was kind and allowed me to make a new shipment with the same items (the cost of the missing ones was refunded).

The Quality of all products I purchased are not great. DO NOT be misguided please. I am not complaining. The price is pretty good so thinking about cost performance, their products are very nice. Low quality but good design and good price, definitely worth your money. In addition, every single piece of cloth is packed in reusable bag individually. I loved this idea a lot. Furthermore, Their customer service is awesome. I was very happy and satisfied with a conversation with the customer service team.

First time I saw the price and other people's complaint, I worried about the risks of buying disappointing products and wasting money. Now, I can say there is no risk of spending money on Patpat products. If you look for high-end, organic clothing, this is absolutely not the one you would like to purchase. However, if you want cheap, one-time clothes with good design, this is the one for you. Your baby will outgrow anyways so wear for one season and not wearable next year.

I am really happy with the experience with Patpat. Although you receive some damaged product, customer service will take good care of you for sure.

I got matching hats for my daughter and I to wear on vacation. We got them and my daughters started unraveling. I emailed customer service and Kish helped me get a new hat for her before we left town. The other items we bought were so cute! And I like the prices too.

Compro da patpat ormai da cinque anni e compro sia per il mio bimbo di 6 anni che per il mio bimbo di 2 mesi la qualità è ottima e i prezzi sono imbattibili materiale e originale le fantasie sono stupende

Ho fatto un paio di ordini, mi sono trovata bene, belle cose come in foto. E quando ho avuto un problema per la taglia sbagliata sono stati veloci, disponibili e molto gentili. Comprerò sicuramente ancora da loro.
