Despite the delivery being stuck in transit, patpat offered me a full refund of the product cost. They didn't question me overly or call me a liar, they just did their best to get me back to normal. I will shop here again.

I ordered clothes for easter and never received them after months of waiting so i contacted them and they said they would resend them and i would get an email. I never got either. So i contacted again for a refund. We will see if i actually get it.
This website is a fraud, they steal your money and send you tracking information that's not correct, tell you the package has arrived while you have received anything.
Their customer service SUCKS. You contact them and they will tell you there's nothing they can do because on their end the product has "arrived" yet the customer which is myself hasn't received anything.
Please do not order from them. Save your money…. I spent hundreds of dollars for my child for summer. I'm a single mother and don't have a lot of money. They robbed my child that's exactly what they did. Shame on you!

At first I was afraid to purchase from Pat Pat because i have been scammed in the past however I had the surprise to see that they are very serious about their products and only about their customers. They have amazing customer service representatives, as Mary in my case, and they are offering assistance even for small things like scoring low a product. Since then I become their customer because I know I can trust them.
I was a little hesitant when first ordering from PatPat as it's hard to believe it is so cheap and still good quality but the items are so cute. When I have had issues with sizing or an item being damaged they are quick to help and refund or send new sized items. Susie B was extremely helpful over the easy to use 'chat' on the app and even let me keep the wrong sized items for friends and family which was so kind! I love PatPat!
The items that I ordered from Pat Pat were all super cute and true to the sites description. When I had items that didn't fit as I expected, the customer service team was quick to respond to me, give me multiple options on a refund, and execute that refund promptly. Very helpful.
Phoebe was soooo helpful with my reshipment order. I needed smaller sizes for my daughters clothes and she was super helpful and cheerful with helping. She was able to provide me a reshipment for the items needed.

Recently ordered here for the first time. Overall loved everything I received, everything looked just like the photos. I ordered a bunch of baby clothes and I'd say 4 out of the 25 items I ordered wasn't really the material I was expecting. I did try to return it and GENALIE was the one who assisted in the return process. He was very helpful and let me know all my options for the return. I do recommend this site as you can find very nice quality items and super cute up to trend clothing for an affordable price
Use of the app is nice and easy. Initially, I ordered several items for my baby boy. I realized I accidentally ordered 2 of the same item once they were delivered, so when I contacted customer service - Mary was quick to respond to my inquiry, and helped make my return/refund request super easy and convenient by applying a credit voucher for a future purchase on my account. Very pleased with my purchases, and this customer service experience.
